7. DROWNING溺水
7.1 Objective目标
7.1.1 To establisha standard rescuing procedure in the event of drowning to prevent loss of life.
建立一个发生漏水时的救援程序。
7.1.2 Scope
范围
a) Drowning in the Jacuzzi
落入旋流浴。
b) Drowning in the Bathtub
落入浴缸。
c) Drowning in the water compartment
落入蓄水池。
d) Drowning in the natatorium
落入游泳池。
7.2 Rescue Procedure营救程序
7.2.1 Rescue at Jacuzzi.
旋流浴溺水营救

a) Rescue the drowning person immediately
立即救出客人。

b) Cover his body with blanket to comforthim/her, if he/she is still conscious, try to talk to him/her. If he/she isunconscious and call the Manager of Health Club Duty Manager and Security.Inform the CWH clinic.
如果客人还有知觉,给他她盖上毛毯,与其谈话。如果没有知觉,通知健
身房经理,值班经理和保安部,并通知中国大医务室。
c) Onlyqualified who have a 'Junior First-Aide Man Card' are allowed to treatcasualties with Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
只有经过专业培训有“初级急救员证”的员工允许使用心脏起博器抢救伤员。
d) The DutyManager to call for ambulance and send the casualties to hospital immediately.
值班经理立即呼叫救护车,将其送进医院。
e) If thecasualty is conscious let him/her decide whether to go to hospital or ask doctorto come. If the casualty is unconscious then the Duty Manager will decidewhether to call for Doctor or send to hospital.
如果落水者还有知觉,由他她自己决定是去医院还是叫来医生。如果落水
者没有知觉,由值班经理决定是将落水者送到医院还是叫来医生。
f) It isthe responsibilities of the Duty Manager to inform General Manager or DeputyGeneral Manager immediately.
值班经理负责通知总经理或副总经理。
7.2.2 Rescue at bathtub
浴缸溺水营救

a) Drain out the water in the bathtub and callSecurity and Front Office Duty Manager immediately. Don't move the casualties.
迅速排放浴缸里的水,呼叫保安部及前台值班经理,不要搬动落水者。
b) If thecasualty is still conscious check whether he/she is drunk, heart attack, faintedor being attacked by somebody.
如果落水者还有知觉,查看他/她是否醉酒,心脏病发作,晕倒或被人袭击。
c) If thecasualty is unconscious and not breathing and there is sign of being attackedby people, do not touch anything until the First-Aid Team arrive with theDirector of Security and Duty Manager .
如果落水者失去知觉已没有呼吸,而且有被入袭击的迹象,不要动任何东
西等候急救小组、保安总监及值班经理的到来。

c) Call for Ambulance and send the casualty tothe hospital.
呼叫救护车,送往医院。

d) If casualties found dead, notify the Policeimmediately and kept in the scene.
如果发现已死亡,立即通知公安机关,保护现场。
f) DutyManager shall inform General Manager or Deputy General Manager immediately.
值班经理立即通知总经理或副总经理。
7.2.3 Rescuing drowning in the water storagecompartment.
落入蓄水池溺水营救
a) This isreferring to the water storage area whereby drowning can happen to the Engineeringstaff or contractor while doing inspection or maintenance in the storagecompartment.
主要发生在工程部有关人员或合同商检查或维修蓄水池时。
b)Inform Duty Engineer, Security and Duty Manager immediately.
立刻通知值班工程师,保安部和值班经理。
c) Call forhelp and try to rescue the drowning person but do not attempt to do the rescuealone.
寻求帮助,但千万不要独自一人打捞。
d)Engineering and Security Department send First Aid Team immediately and the Emergencyteam to rescue the victim.
工程部和保安部立即派出救援小组,酒店应急行动小组援救受害者。
e) DutyManager will call for ambulance and send casualties to the hospital immediately.
值班经理立刻呼叫救护车送落水者去医院。
f) DutyManager should inform General Manager or Deputy General Manager immediately.
值班经理立即通知总经理或副总经理。
g) ChiefEngineer writes detailed report to General Manager within 24 hours of theincident.
总工程师在24小时内写一份详细的报告交给总经理。
7.2.4 Rescuing drowning in thenatatorium
游泳池溺水
a) TheFirst-Aid man should rescue the drowned guest to the nearest coast.
发现客人溺水时,救生员迅速将溺水客人救起到最近的岸边。
b) At thesame time call the other staff and inform Telephone Operator.
同时呼叫另一名员工立即将情况报告总机。
c) TelephoneOperator inform Duty Manager, Security and Clinic immediately
总机负责通知值班经理,保安部值班室和医务室。
d )The DutyManager will decide whether telephone'120'according to the situation
值班经理视抢救情况而定,是否拨打“120”
e) Keep thedrowned guests lying with head turned to one side. Or lie on his/her stomach,keep he/her face downward.
让溺水客人保持平卧位,头侧向一面。或俯卧位,面朝下状态。

a) If the drowned guest's heartbeat stopped, youshould do artificial respiration immediately.
如溺水客人心跳停止,应及时进行人工呼吸。

b) The First-Aid man report the actuality to thedoctor as they arrived.
当医护人员到场时,救生员应报告溺水客人的现状
h) Remove the drowned guest by the stretcher
转移溺水客人时应将其放在担架上。
i) TheManager of Health Club must explain the case to the surrounding guests, in orderto avoid the panic.
健身房经理要向围观客人说明情况,以免引起恐慌。
j) The Manager of Health Club assists the Security Manager andthe Duty Manager write a detailed report about the course of the case and theprocess of the rescue.
健身房经理事后协助值班经理和保安部经理,做好事件发生经过及抢救过程的详细书面报告。
